Senior Risk Manager
This position serves as a senior technical advisor responsible for guiding investigation and remediation strategies, overseeing consultant activities, and supporting management in the evaluation of environmental risk. The Senior Risk Manager also provides technical leadership to internal staff, including Risk Managers and other technical personnel, and plays a key role in ensuring that environmental projects are conducted efficiently, strategically, and within defined financial parameters.
Risk Manager
The ELAM Group is seeking a Risk Manager to support environmental investigation and remediation projects across a variety of regulatory jurisdictions. This position assists the Senior Risk Manager and management team by evaluating environmental data, reviewing consultant work, and helping manage projects within defined technical and financial parameters.
The Risk Manager plays a key role in organizing and interpreting environmental information—including historical reports, investigation results, and emerging contaminants such as PFAS—and synthesizing those findings into concise technical summaries to support internal decision-making. This position is well suited for an environmental professional with solid technical experience who is ready to expand their role in project analysis, consultant oversight, and environmental liability evaluation.
Project Manager
The ELAM Group is seeking a Project Manager to support the implementation of environmental investigation and remediation projects. This position focuses on the day-to-day management of field activities, coordination of subcontractors and staff, regulatory reporting, data quality assurance and quality control, and project budget management. The Project Manager works closely with Risk Managers and Senior Risk Managers to ensure environmental projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple project elements while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and schedules. While the primary focus of this position will be projects located in Indiana, the Project Manager may also support environmental projects in other jurisdictions as part of ELAM’s broader project portfolio.
